QUALIFICATIONS

Peter Held Art Appraisals & Associates, based in Phoenix, Ariz., was formed in 2014 and is a national client-oriented full-service personal property firm specializing in modern and contemporary art and studio craft appraisals. All reports are compliant with the American Society of Appraisers, of which he is an accredited  senior member serving on the Personal Property Committee, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Each appraisal report is tailored for its intended use and the needs of the client. Our bid includes a full-color printed report along with a signed PDF copy. Donation reports for tax purposes will include form 8283 when required by the IRS.
